These terms govern your participation in the Calniq Partner Program. We've written them to be clear and fair — no hidden traps, no confusing legalese. Read through before you join.
"Calniq" refers to the booking platform available at calniq.com.
"Partner" or "You" refers to any individual or entity enrolled in the Calniq Partner Program.
"Referred Client" refers to a new Calniq customer who registered using your unique referral link and has never previously had a Calniq account.
"Commission" refers to the recurring revenue share paid to you for each qualifying payment made by a Referred Client.
"Payout Threshold" refers to the minimum commission balance ($100) required before a payout is issued.
To participate in the Partner Program, you must:
Calniq reserves the right to approve or reject partner applications at its sole discretion, and to terminate any partnership at any time for violations of these Terms.
Upon enrollment, you receive a unique referral link in the format
calniq.com/register?ref=PART-XXXXXX.
When a new customer registers through your link, they are attributed to you as a Referred Client.
Commission is calculated as 20% of the gross invoice amount (before any taxes) for each qualifying payment.
Commissions remain in Pending status for 14 days after the invoice payment date. This corresponds to Calniq's money-back guarantee window. A commission becomes eligible for payout only after this period expires without a refund being issued.
Payouts are processed once per month for all commissions that have cleared the pending period and whose cumulative balance has reached the minimum threshold of $100. If your balance is below $100, it carries over to the next month.
We currently support the following payout methods:
You are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on commissions you receive. Calniq does not withhold taxes on partner payments.
You may not refer yourself. This includes registering a second Calniq account using your own referral link, or referring any account that you control, co-own, or have a financial interest in. Calniq has tools to detect unauthorized referral activity. Confirmed self-referrals result in permanent, irrevocable account termination.
You may not:
Commissions for a Referred Client stop accruing when that client's Calniq subscription is permanently cancelled and their account becomes inactive. Commissions already earned and past the pending period will be paid out on the next scheduled payout cycle.
If Calniq terminates your partner account due to a violation of these Terms, all pending and unpaid commissions are forfeited.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Calniq's name and logo solely for the purpose of promoting Calniq through your referral link. This license does not permit you to:
This license terminates automatically if your partner account is suspended or terminated.
Calniq reserves the right to modify the commission rate, payout threshold, payout schedule, or any other aspect of this program with 30 days' written notice to active partners. Notice will be sent to the email address on file for your account. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
In the case of material adverse changes (e.g., commission rate reduction), you may terminate your participation within the 30-day notice period and receive all earned commissions that have cleared the pending period.
This Agreement is effective from the date you accept it and continues until terminated by either party.
Upon termination for non-cause reasons, you will receive any earned commissions that have cleared the pending period and meet the payout threshold.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other party in connection with this program, including but not limited to commission rates, client data, and business strategies. This obligation survives termination of this Agreement.
You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, or legal representative of Calniq. You have no authority to bind Calniq contractually or make representations on its behalf. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.
Calniq's liability to you under this Agreement is limited to the commission amounts owed to you. Calniq is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program, including but not limited to lost profits or business opportunities.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct communication. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration.
